I AM, I was; I shall always Be !
The journey is important to those of us who have not arrived at our destination; Those that Are, simply Are !
When I identify with This (body), the result is pain and suffering no matter how happy and elated I am. When I AM due to the result of my disciplines all that vanishes and what remains is Sahaja (Natural) state of Yoga.
It is so true, 'One cannot succeed without the Grace of a true Guru (teacher). Though there are many teachers and their contribution adds to the tapestry, it is the master weaver that creates the patterns and artfully brings to life what was dormant and potential. Blessed are those touched by his/her fingers.

In the 'Yogis' Prayer' the first line is: I am responsible for my Fate . ( Ouch - that hurts)
We cannot blame anyone nor anything; neither God, Devil, parents, society etc. This one line sums up the whole living yoga philosophy. Defining ones role because of 'I am responsible for my fate..' becomes the science of yoga with its many branches designed to help us navigate, through communion , back to the Godhead. With the Grace of the Guru the lifetimes of discipline, intellectual and practical, become activated and thus allow us to break loose from our carnal bonds to a state of Transcendence. Everything else, though monumental, is part of the cosmic play and illusion (lilla and maya).

When I am immersed in Transcendental Bone Breathing a state of calm and clarity radiates throughout my Being. Words are not adequately designed to describe this state. It must be experienced. Almost 30 years of advanced meditation has brought me to a point were the journey has just begun. Instead of striving to achieve a state, a goal, I am becoming That. Beatitude with all its simplicity exudes. The traces of ego that exits want to grab those suffering seeking souls and say here I Am, share in my joy. Experience dictates: Patience, Compassion, Love. Blessings ! ______________________________________
The word 'Transcendence' literally means 'beyond the mind' . There are as many relaxation, visualization, contemplation, and meditation techniques to apply towards enhancing our day to day lives... There seems to be an abundance of eager teachers and students promoting and utilizing this, that, and the other. The result is confusion. This is a logical and observable conclusion. I know of personally no technique that can create an almost immediate state of composure and grace as 'Transcendental Bone Breathing' . This unique technique literally takes us from the mental/astral realm of awareness and catapults us into a state adjacent with the causal plain where the Avatars, also known as Archangels in the western world and Devis (god-like) masters of the east radiate from. By association we in turn are elevated by divine osmosis towards a state of transcendence. This is a very real state that is not imagined, or dreamt up as can accidentally happen with other techniques. The proof is in the pudding and it is a dish that I am glad to serve.

What is unique about humans is that we do not only exist as individuals; but also as a collective group consciousness. This allows us to develop from the benefits of society and if we so chose to excel as individuals. When times are good this is great, and when times are bad we feel trapped. This is what has happened with the so called economic crisis enveloping the global marketplace. Our society is run primarily by greed. This phenomena is great when it is sustained by more and ever more ways to acquire. If we cannot get something there are institutions, namely banks, and personal tools, namely credit cards, that oblige us. Of course this cannot be sustained ad-infinitum. When the markets correct themselves there is loss and that results in fear which results in more loss... and you get the picture. A saintly master in India expressed to me this once; "What can you expect from everyone... This is the age of Kali, materialism and darkness." He implied that humankind as a totality regardless its' best intentions could only accomplish so much. In the end we as a society was only as good as our sum total. What this all means is that, 'When in Rome do what the Romans do.' So in the age of Kali do what is pertinent to that age. The solution to our economic crisis is that when fear is replaced by greed once more the wheels of industry will generate goods fueled by desire and we will all forget the crisis till things repeat. In other words do not worry this recession/depression is sort lived. Our base nature will prevail and we can all go back to sitting cross-legged and ponder the finer points of existence and our relationship with it...

I heard someone say; "With ultimate power comes great responsibility !" This sounds very poetic and I am certain a lot of folk will agree. Here lies the problem. I am always intrigued how quickly we accept things at face value so long we remain in our comfort zone. The person who came up with this saying had no power. They aspired towards, and that is a start. The reality is that with responsibility power naturally manifests as a byproduct of our state. It cannot be sought after, that results in pain. All things come when we are naturalized, spiritually mature - so to speak. When as a society we see things for what they are then per chance can we claim to be enlightened. That is 'Renaissance' , rebirth.

Here is another saying that was said by a great thinker- note the word thinker and not knower. What untold damage has been done to the western psyche and thinking processes: " I think therefore I Am." Such finite linear thinking. Anyone who understands divine law will see through this. The actual term is: "I Am. Therefore I think!" Give it a try - it will change your life and accelerate your growth by thought-light-years.

We hear a lot about Karma. What is it? It is basically the equivalent to: "For every action there is an opposite and equal action." Did you know that in yoga there is the science of A-karma. How to life life without creating Karma ! Wow ! To live life without creating consequence. - Ask the yogi.

Know this: "That nothing in the Universe can do you harm without your consent." Each and every one of us is an important and integral piece of the puzzle / tapestry of life. Live intelligently, and with grace, and you will shine. ________________________________________
Life is like a riddle; you try to figure it out' and even when you know the answer, it is still a mystery !

The Universe must oblige us in every way possible; that is the Law. At the same time is is foolish to think that there is a greater purpose ascribed to the mechanics that constitutes destiny and fate; ego needs an explanation - not God. __________________________________________
Q: Am I bound by Karma?
A: As long as the question has been formulated - yes.
Q: That sounds unfair. I want to free myself from It's grasp?
A: Since when was fairness any part of the equation. The saying, 'Justice is blind.' , holds true with Karma- it is LAW. When we accept this, that is the first step. With the understanding of consequence comes Responsibility. Responsibility empowers us. This very state dictates that we are in charge, that is as long as we work with the Universal Laws.
Q: What are the Universal Laws?
A: There are many Laws that are birthed from the One. Law has many definitions. Suffice to know that the First Law is omniscient, - a simple answer would be God. Weather you believe in or not in this does not change the fact of it all. This is not religion, philosophy, belief. It simply is. The rest is relegated from the primary truth and is subject to our degree of awareness. The intellects' joy is to argue, pit one thought against another, and come to some sort of solution. That is its' role. It is a tool used on this unenlightened plain. It has no use anywhere else. Stop the mental battle and accept the Truths. When we stop the battle within- learning in earnest begins.
"As more people achieve some degree of mental calm, insight, or the ability to transform negative emotions into positive ones, there will be a natural reinforcement of basic human values and consequently a great chance for peace and happiness for all." The Dalai Lama
