Yoga classes focus on the unison of the mind, body and spirit. It is an ancient science practiced for
thousands of years. Although the physical benefits of the yoga postures are plentiful, including flexibility,
toning and alignment, they also encourage patience, self-acceptance and self-awareness when combined with
breathing and relaxation.

Every Thursday at 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. we hold an open house question and answer 'satsang' on yoga and related subjects.
Classes are small and intimate so that we may provide you with the best possible instruction. Classes

Henry Mosler, has over 30 years experience as a teacher, therapist and motivational speaker. He has trained in the traditional science of Yoga across Ontario and in India. His extensive knowledge of this ancient healing science has helped him to enhance many lives both physically and emotionally.

A look into what Karma Yoga is all about. This topic is a vast subject. We will be taking an overview of the subject- What it means-fate- destiny-retribution and what is Karmic.

We will explore the idea of life after death - myth and facts. What is involved in the dying experience leading up to re-birth.
STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
What is stress- how can we recognize it and hopefully manage it. Using yogic techniques that are time tested and proven, not only learn to empower yourself in your home environment, but at work or school too.
YOGIC HEALING TECHNIQUES
There are 3 main healing techniques practices by Yogis. We will explore what they are and how they work. There will be practical demonstrations and time to learn some basics too.
